Adam Driver and Greta Gerwig in White Noise

Netflix have shared the first teaser trailer for Noah Baumbach’s black comedy apocalyptic disaster White Noise. The film will open Venice International Film Festival at the end of this month and it’s the first original film from Netflix to do so.

At once hilarious and horrifying, lyrical and absurd, ordinary and apocalyptic, White Noise dramatizes a contemporary American family’s attempts to deal with the mundane conflicts of everyday life while grappling with the universal mysteries of love, death, and the possibility of happiness in an uncertain world.

The film stars Adam Driver (Marriage Story), Greta Gerwig (Little Women), Don Cheadle (Black Monday), Raffey Cassidy (Vox Lux), André 3000 (High Life), and Jodie Turner-Smith (After Yang).

Based on the book by Don DeLillo, written for the screen and directed by Noah Baumbach, produced by Noah Baumbach (p.g.a) and David Heyman (p.g.a.), and Uri Singer.

White Noise is coming soon to Netflix
